Ruchita Sinha is a seasoned professional in the life sciences and healthcare investment sector. Currently serving as a General Partner at AV8 Ventures since 2019, Ruchita Sinha leads the firm’s investment practice focused on seed and Series A companies at the intersection of life science and technology. Prior to this role, Ruchita Sinha held advisory positions at Mahana Therapeutics and served as Sr. Director of Investments at Sanofi, managing venture funds and leading biotech and digital health investments. Ruchita Sinha's career also includes significant roles at GE Ventures, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, L.E.K. Consulting, and Maxygen, contributing to strategic planning, business development, and drug target identification. Ruchita Sinha holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Mount Holyoke College.
