Dylan Kakos

Dylan earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Michigan. After completing his studies, Dylan pursued a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at the Detroit Medical Center Sinai-Grace Hospital, where he gained extensive experience in various clinical practice settings. Following residency, Dylan practiced as a clinical pharmacist within the Mount Carmel Health System where he worked closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medication management services to patients. Dylan is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS) and is supporting Phenomics health as a Medical Science Liaison.
