Gavin Hynes

Gavin Hynes currently serves as Plant Manager at 3A Composites since July 2024. Previously, Gavin held roles as Manufacturing Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at WallabyPhenox from April 2021 to July 2024. Prior experience includes positions as NPI PM/Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Aran Biomedical, Manufacturing Process Engineer II (OPEX) at Medtronic, Senior R&D Technician at Surmodics, Extrusion Engineer at Boston Scientific, and Injection Moulding Technician at Aptar. Gavin holds a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation Management from the University of Galway, along with an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Atlantic Technological University and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus.
