Maggie Rao

Maggie Rao has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Maggie currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance at phenox, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, from October 2020 to December 2022, they served as the CFO and Managing Director of Hüller Hille GmbH. Before that, they were the CFO of GermanFLAVOURS from January 2019 to August 2020, and the CFO of LIMO GmbH from February 2017 to June 2018.

In addition, Maggie Rao has held various positions at Klöckner Pentaplast, including Director, M&A & COO Asia from April 2015 to January 2017, and Group Vice President Business Controlling from July 2013 to March 2015. Maggie also worked at DuPont as a Regional Supply Chain Manager and Demand Manager from April 2009 to June 2013, and as a Global Supply Chain Manager from April 2008 to March 2009.

Furthermore, Maggie Rao has experience as a Material Planning Manager at HGST, a Western Digital brand, from December 2002 to March 2008, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at IBM from December 1996 to November 2002.

Maggie Rao pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1994 to 1996, they attended East China Jiaotong University, where they focused on International Accounting. Following that, from 2000 to 2002, they enrolled at New York Institute of Technology and successfully acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction.
