Irene Stecher

Irene Stecher has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Irene has been the Principal at Transformative Human Solutions, LLC since 2013, where they provide individual wellness development services through personal coaching and offers consulting and business process optimization services for organizations.

Prior to that, Irene worked as an Executive Leadership Coach at Pherson Associates starting in 2016.

From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Deputy Chief Learning Officer at the United States Department of Defense, specifically in the Intelligence department.

Before that, Irene held multiple roles at NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency) from 2005 to 2010. Irene was the Acting Provost at NGA College, Associate Provost for Curriculum Management, Chief of Advanced Geospatial Intelligence Policy, Programs, and Processes, and a Technical Executive Staff Officer.

Their earlier experiences include working at Harris Corporation as an Advanced Programs Manager and Systems Support Engineer from 2001 to 2005 and at Raytheon Technical Services Company as an Instructional Designer in 1999-2000.

Irene Stecher's education history is as follows:

Irene completed a certificate program in Leadership and Organizational Performance Coaching at George Mason University in 2013. Irene pursued PhD coursework in Instructional Design for Online Learning at Capella University from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Systems from the University of Central Florida, which they completed from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Irene also holds several certifications. In March 2022, they became a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator through the Positive Discipline Association. In November 2017, they obtained the PSYCH-K® Facilitator certification from PSYCH-K®. In July 2008, they became a Council on Occupational Education Examiner. Irene also holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in April 2021. Additionally, they are a member of the International Coaching Federation and has the ICF Member Badge. Irene's certification as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation does not have specific information regarding the month or year of acquisition.
