Amy Thurman

Amy Thurman is an experienced operations leader in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Sr Manager of Lender Relations at PHH Mortgage since November 2020, overseeing both forward and reverse correspondent lending groups. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Vice President of Compliance & Risk at Guaranteed Rate Affinity from October 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included assisting business units with compliance inquiries and managing a team focused on custom audits related to regulatory issues. Earlier in the career, Amy served as Director of Compliance Risk at PHH Mortgage Corporation from March 2013 to October 2017, where the focus was on developing and implementing compliance initiatives. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Albright College.
