Prajakta Kathe

Prajakta Kathe has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Prajakta most recently worked as an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Phi Commerce Private Limited since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate Talent Acquisition at ParentPay Group - India from January 2023 to March 2023.

Prajakta also has experience as an Information Technology Recruiter, having worked at Zen & Art from August 2021 to December 2022, and at R K Dewan & Co from November 2014 to July 2019.

Before transitioning into talent acquisition, Prajakta worked as a QA Engineer at PTC from 2008 to 2010, and as a Java Developer at Symantec from October 2007 to October 2008.

Prajakta Kathe completed their education in a chronological order. Prajakta began their studies at P.E.S. Modern College Of Engineering from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering. Following this, they attended RIHSM from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Most recently, they attended Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2020 and 2021, where they obtained a Diploma in Law (DLL). Additionally, Prajakta Kathe obtained several certifications, including Spoken English Level - B1 from the English Language Teaching Institute Of Symbiosis in February 2023, How To Speak Effectively from Ankur Warikoo in December 2022, and The Iron Lady Leadership Essentials Program from Iron Lady in April 2022.
