Prashant Chothe

Prashant Chothe has over 14 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Prashant began their career in 2006 as a Senior Recruiter for Alphabetics Computer Services Pvt. Ltd. In 2007, they moved to Manpower as a Consultant. After two years, they joined JP Morgan as a Consultant and then moved to Polaris Financial Technology Limited in 2010 as a Senior Executive HR. In 2015, they joined SG Analytics as a Manager of HR & TA. Prashant then moved to The Smart Cube in 2017 as a Manager of HR & TA. In 2018, they joined GenX Schools as a Consultant- Project Manager and Techimo Transformations as a Consultant- Operations. In 2021, they joined Fulcrum Digital Inc as an Associate Manager- TAG and then moved to Phi Commerce Private Limited in 2022 as an HR Manager.

Prashant Chothe's education history includes a Master of Human Resource Development Management (MHRDM) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) from 2007 to 2010, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Modern College of Arts Commerce and Science from 1999 to 2005, and an SSC from Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao High School from 1991 to 1997. Prashant also holds a certification in IELTS from the British Council.
