Elvia Cristina Castro Tejeda

Elvia Cristina Castro Tejeda serves as a Profesora de Metodología Jurídica and Profesora Auxiliar de Metodología Jurídica at Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey since August 2023. Currently employed as Abogada Banca Hipotecaria at BBVA en México, Elvia has previously held positions as a Pasante at O'Farrill-Dingler & Cervantes Abogados and as a member of The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. With practical experience in legal advisory roles, including civil procedures and intellectual property, Elvia has also contributed to the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social and the Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación. Elvia holds a Licenciatura in Derecho from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey and has furthered education in legal studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Stanford University.
