Kimberly Winkeler

Kimberly Winkeler has over 20 years of work experience. Kimberly began their career in 1999 as a Research Associate III at MeadWestvaco. In 2003, they joined ArborGen Inc as a Project Leader and Research Associate III. In this role, they managed the Molecular Biology Lab, was responsible for all aspects of plasmid construction and verification, and created and managed the budget for the lab. In 2016, they became an Independent Contractor at Iverson Genetics. Kimberly is currently employed as a Laboratory Manager at Phi Life Sciences, a position they have held since 2017.

Kimberly Winkeler completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1988. Kimberly then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Emory University, which they completed in 1998.
