Hal Fulgham

Hal Fulgham has been in the professional world since 1999, when they began working as the COO of PPM Information Solutions. In 2006, they moved on to become President & CEO of PHIMED Technologies, where they continue to work to this day.

Hal Fulgham obtained their Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 1984 and 1986. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University at Montgomery between 1974 and 1978. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act: Business Associates V2.2 from Traliant.
