Kezia Scales

Kezia Scales is a seasoned professional in research and policy with extensive experience in healthcare and aging. Currently serving as Vice President of Research & Evaluation at PHI since May 2017, Kezia has held progressive roles including Senior Director and Director of Policy Research within the same organization. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Center for the Study of Aging and Human Development and the School of Nursing at Duke University, as well as a similar position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kezia’s academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Sociology and Health Services Research from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Sociology from Queen's University.
