Larry L. Miller is the current Chief Operating Officer at Phibro Animal Health. Larry has held this position since June 2014. Prior to this, they were the President at Phibro Animal Health from June 2008 to June 2014. During their time as President, they achieved 2.5X EBITDA (adjusted) growth through the design and implementation of a strategic growth plan, presented and approved by PAHC Board of Directors. This plan included investment in LCM of existing products and 4 completed acquisitions, turn-around of 4 primary country operations, geographic expansion of 3 new key country operations, enabled by a significant upgrade of management and supported by the start-up of global marketing, regulatory and supply chain functions. Some of their notable accomplishments include leading the acquisition and integration of Abic Global Poultry Vaccine business (2009), OAE Holdings in Australia (2012), Epitopix Global Vaccine Licensing (2014), MJ Biologics Company (2015). Larry has also led turn-around of primary businesses in US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. In addition, they have also been key player on Executive Management Team that launched Phibro IPO March 2014 (NASDAQ: PAHC).

Larry L. Miller has an Executive MBA from Baruch College in Business Administration and a B.S. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Animal Science.

Larry L. Miller reports to Jack C. Bendheim, Chairman, President & CEO. They work with Jonathan Bendheim - Director, President, MACIE Region and General Manager, Israel Operations, Rob Aukerman - President, North America Region, and Ramon Fuenmayor - President South America Region.
