Ray Andersen

Ray Andersen is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management. Currently serving as Global Category Manager for Indirect Procurement at Phibro Animal Health since June 2025, Ray previously held the position of Associate Director for Strategic Sourcing at Verizon, where leadership in sourcing transformation led to significant operational efficiencies and cost reductions, managing a $500M spend. Prior roles include Director of Global Strategic Sourcing at Fiserv, overseeing a team that achieved $20M in synergy savings post-acquisition, and Associate Director at Ernst & Young, where Ray managed a $200M domestic spend portfolio across multiple categories. Ray holds a B.S. in Business Management from Seton Hall University, is a Certified Purchasing Manager from the Institute of Supply Management, and has participated in leadership development through Discover Leadership.
