Shani Milani

Shani Milani is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Phibro Animal Health since May 2022, Shani previously held the position of HR Manager at Tadbik from January 2018 to June 2022 and HR Director at SHL Telemedicine between April 2016 and December 2017. Shani also served as HR and OD Manager at SodaStream International, where responsibilities included establishing an industrial plant with 1,300 workers and managing a diverse workforce. Earlier experience includes managing HR functions at Kamada, overseeing a site with 350 employees, and working as a PMO and recruitment consultant at LotemSensing. Shani holds a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting & Development from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
