Thao Phillips

Thao Phillips currently serves as a Quality Control Coordinator at Phibro Animal Health since August 2023 and also works as a Manufacturing Consultant for Acumen Group since October 2022. Previously, Thao held the position of Director of Manufacturing and Manufacturing Transfer at Lumos Diagnostics from May 2019 to September 2022, overseeing operational performance and production in a high-growth in-vitro diagnostic company. Thao has a significant background at Rapid Pathogen Screening, Inc., where roles included Senior Manager of Manufacturing and Manufacturing Transfer from April 2014 to May 2019, and Manufacturing Transfer Manager from April 2008 to 2014. Earlier experience includes positions as Research Scientist II and Research Scientist at Genova Diagnostics, Inc., from 1996 to 2008, culminating in the role of Molecular Genetics Group Leader. Thao earned a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of South Florida, completing studies in 1996.
