Tom Dagger

Tom Dagger possesses extensive legal experience, serving as Senior Counsel at Phibro Animal Health since November 2006, where responsibilities included managing all legal affairs and contributing to senior management. Previously, Dagger held various positions at AT&T from 1992 to June 2006, culminating as Vice President of Network, Access & Local Services Law, overseeing domestic legal matters and managing a team of attorneys. Dagger's earlier experience includes roles as Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, specializing in corporate and securities law, and as a Commercial Property Insurance Underwriter at Aetna Casualty & Surety Insurance Co. Dagger earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in History from Duke University.
