James McNeill

James McNeill is an accomplished professional with a strong background in chemistry and strategic development. Currently serving as a Strategic Development specialist at Phifer Inc since April 2017, James focuses on creating innovative woven textile products with value-added topical coatings. Previously, James held roles such as Chemical Process Engineer at APJeT, Inc., where expertise in plasma curing and polymer chemistry was demonstrated, and as a Development Chemist at Crypton Fabrics, where James contributed to specialized textile coatings and quality improvements. A notable career in research includes significant contributions at Lynntech, Inc., where James developed advanced materials for government projects. With experience extending back to 2003 in both research and educational roles, James possesses a comprehensive skill set in materials science, research methodologies, and quality control management. James holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of South Alabama.
