Veronica can be found, hand to the grindstone, in our Guest Experience Centre. She began in the Motor Industry 17 years ago and enjoys customer contact. She loves the way it feels to know she has won over a customer for life. Veronica believes that true satisfaction for customers comes from our own attitude, and she instils this belief in members of her team. At the same time, she isn’t averse to the odd practical joke, and she promotes a happy, jovial atmosphere in her department. On any given weekend, she’s likely to be living it up on the back of her partners’ Harley.
