Gina began their career as a Marketing Manager at FDIC Federal Credit Union, where they revamped marketing channels and implemented targeted marketing campaigns. Gina later became the Chief Operating Officer, driving organic business growth and introducing successful credit card programs.
Moving on, Gina worked at The Washington Examiner, starting as the Director of Business Development and Marketing before progressing to Senior Director and eventually Vice President. Gina played a crucial role in building the department's revenue and brand power, and developed strategic partnerships and advertising programs.
Gina then joined Sacripanti Consulting as a Senior Consultant, specializing in business development and marketing. Their primary client was a prominent Credit Union, where they served as the Director of Business Development and Marketing, contributing to their growth.
Gina subsequently took on roles at Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado, initially as the Director of Marketing and Events, and then as the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations. Gina excelled in generating significant net profits, earned media value, and revenue through various events and networking series.
Most recently, Gina has been working at Phil Long Dealerships as the Chief Communications Officer (CCO). Their responsibilities include developing and executing communication strategies, generating earned media, and managing crisis communications during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Gina Sacripanti pursued their education at Villanova University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Classical Studies.
