Dhananjay Ramaswamy

Dhananjay Ramaswamy serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Phil, Inc. since July 2025, bringing extensive experience from Amazon where the individual held various leadership roles including Director of Product Management and regional operational positions from June 2015 to April 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at REXAM HTW BEVERAGE CAN (INDIA) LTD from July 2013 to May 2015 and Executive Director of Engineering at Agni Bio-Power Energy Pvt. Ltd. from December 2010 to June 2013. Dhananjay's career began at Schlumberger, where responsibilities included Quality Systems Manager and Production Manager from July 2006 to December 2010. Educational achievements include an MBA in Manufacturing from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MS/MBA in Manufacturing Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, both completed in January 2006.
