Marcelo Laia Cardozo

Marcelo Laia Cardozo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Phil, Inc. since July 2025, Marcelo previously held the position of Director of Customer Success at OfferFit from August 2023 to July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from July 2019 to August 2023, and various positions including Corporate Strategy Specialist and Senior Financial Analyst at Oi S.A. from August 2012 to July 2017. Marcelo's early career includes technical analysis at Fumsoft and service as an Infantry Officer in the Brazilian Army. Marcelo holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Physics from Gettysburg College.
