Maria Selvaggio

Maria Selvaggio (Klagos) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent management. Currently serving as VP of People Operations and Head of Talent at Phil, Inc., Maria also contributes as a Founding Member of The People Collective, an exclusive community for executive-level People Leaders. Previously, at M1 Finance, Maria played a pivotal role in scaling the workforce from under 40 to around 350 employees, expanding the People Team significantly. Other notable positions include Director of People Operations at Tempus, Inc., where Maria aided in growing the company from less than 100 to over 700 employees, and various recruitment roles at GrubHub Inc., Google, Groupon, and Epic. Maria holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
