Robin Burgos began their career in human resources at Comcast in February 2000. Robin quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Regional HR Director for Walmart in June 2009. In this role, they were responsible for setting the strategic HR vision for the company as well as developing and implementing HR policies.

In January 2014, Robin Burgos left Walmart to become the Human Resources Director for the Maryland Transit Administration. In this role, they were responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and retention of over 3,300 MTA employees.

In June 2017, Robin Burgos left the MTA to become the Human Resources Director for McCormick & Company. In this role, they were responsible for setting the strategic HR vision for the company as well as developing and implementing HR policies.

In December 2020, Robin Burgos left McCormick & Company to join the Philadelphia 76ers as their VP of Inclusion & Engagement.

Robin Burgos has a Master of Science in Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Business Management from Russell Sage College. Robin also has a certification from Rutgers University in Human Resources Certification.
