Patience A. Mason

Patience Mason is an experienced higher education professional with a comprehensive background in Student Affairs, currently serving as the Chief Student Affairs Officer at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine since July 2007, where responsibilities include managing operations across multiple campuses and facilitating updates to student resources. Previously, Patience held various roles within Georgia Perimeter College, including Director of Student Life at both the Decatur and Dunwoody campuses, and has extensive experience in counseling and student programming from earlier positions, such as College Counselor at Passaic County Community College and First Year Counselor at Montclair State University. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
