Melissa Ward

Melissa Ward is a Digital Product Coordinator with experience at the Philadelphia Eagles since July 2022, where significant contributions include co-leading design on specialty campaigns, developing over 30 app experiences, and collaborating across departments on multiple projects. Previously, Melissa interned at MEA - MidAtlantic Employers’ Association, assisting in the creation of PowerPoint templates and training materials while receiving positive client feedback. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Jules Thin Crust LLC, where management of customer service led to consistent satisfaction and loyalty, and Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters, focused on inventory organization and exceptional customer service. Melissa holds a degree in Media, Art, and Design with a focus on Integrated Media from James Madison University.
