Mike Noel currently serves as the Director of Data and Evaluation at the Philadelphia Education Fund, where responsibilities include leading data strategy, overseeing data collection and analysis, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Founded in 1985, PEF is a comprehensive provider of college and career advising services – serving students attending 6 of the City’s lowest graduation-rate high schools; consulting with schools on the creation of college-going cultures; awarding $600,000 in scholarship aid annually; operating the college access portal, www.PhillyGoes2College.org; and delivering career exposure programming to students and teachers and through its stewardship of the 400-member Philadelphia STEM Ecosystem and the Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective, a 10-year partnership with GSK.
