Katie Jenaway

Katie Jenaway is an experienced office manager currently working at the Philadelphia Film Society since April 2023, previously serving as the Theater Operations Manager and Supervisor at Bryn Mawr Film Institute from March 2017 to March 2023. At Bryn Mawr, Katie trained new hires, communicated with staff to ensure clear expectations, and addressed guest concerns while maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Additional roles included social media coordination, where Katie marketed the theater and analyzed engagement across various platforms. Earlier experiences include working as a research and development volunteer with New Moon Films, various positions at Barnes & Noble, and production roles with Jami Marl Films and Tapestry Films. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Arts from Temple University and has studied at Hofstra University and Queen Mary, University of London.
