Blair Listino is the SVP, Chief Financial Officer at Philadelphia Flyers. Blair has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Blair started their career at Olive Media Inc as the Vice President of Finance. Blair was responsible for the general accounting functions, payroll and benefits administration, internal controls and financial systems, and making decisions regarding financial and operational issues. Blair streamlined the month-end close, prepared financial statements, created production plans to support the sales plan, and managed inventory and warehousing.

Blair then compiled budgets for the financial plan and presented this to the Board of Directors for approval. This included liquidity planning and purchasing capability. Additionally, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis, including cost-cutting structures, using multiple scenarios for actual results and venture backed funding.

Blair has also presented quarterly financials and annual audited financials to the Board of Directors.

Most recently, they implemented a new Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management system (NetSuite) including the implementation of advanced manufacturing and serialized inventory.

Blair Listino studied business administration with a focus in accounting at the University of Colorado Boulder. After graduation, they participated in the Comcast Women in Leadership Program at The Wharton School.

Blair Listino reports to Mike Shane, EVP, Chief Business Officer. They work with Steve Coskey - Director, Partnership Activation, Cynthia Punsalan - VP, Business Administration, and Lauren McNally - VP, Human Resources.
