Samuel Waldman

Samuel Waldman currently serves as the Director of Operations for Camp Poyntelle at Commonpoint Queens, a position held since January 2024. Samuel also works as Game Day Staff for the Philadelphia Flyers. Previously, Samuel held various roles including Program Operations & Administration Associate at the Union for Reform Judaism, Head of Production and Production Staff at Trybal Gatherings, and Account Executive at H&H Purchasing Services, where responsibilities involved managing procurement for numerous camps during challenging supply chain circumstances. Additional experience includes serving as a Graduate Intern at Wilshire Boulevard Temple, a Graduate Development Intern at BJE: Builders of Jewish Education, and Director of Youth at Temple Sinai of Newington. Samuel holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master’s in Jewish Nonprofit Management from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science from the University of Hartford.
