Arthur Samuel Hall

Arthur Samuel Hall has extensive work experience in various engineering and managerial roles. Arthur Samuel currently serves as the Director of Special Projects & Facilities at Philadelphia Gas Works since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Air Liquide from 2013 to 2020, where they held positions such as Maintenance and Process Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Facilities Engineer. At Philadelphia Gas Works from 2006 to 2013, they held roles ranging from Senior Staff Engineer to Engineering Assistant. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing projects, overseeing engineering design, and implementing process safety management programs.

Arthur Samuel Hall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania. Arthur Samuel has also obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Commonwealth of PA in September 2022.
