Daniel Leonard

Daniel Leonard is an experienced budgeting and compliance manager with a robust career at Philadelphia Gas Works, where employment began in 2003. Currently serving as the Manager of Budgeting & Reporting since December 2005, Daniel oversees the formulation and presentation of the organization’s $800 million annual operating budget and five-year forecast, focusing on compliance, data analysis, and trend examination. Prior to this role, Daniel managed an $8 million annual capital budget and a $20 million annual operating budget, including payroll oversight. Academically, Daniel holds an MBA and MSIS from Penn State Great Valley and a BBA in Finance/Economics from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
