Joseph Stengel

Joseph Stengel is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Rates and Federal Regulatory Affairs at Philadelphia Gas Works since January 1995. Stengel is responsible for policy recommendations and representation before regulatory bodies, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Prior roles include Manager of Federal Regulatory Affairs, where Stengel monitored and analyzed applications impacting PGW and directed legal counsel in negotiations.
