Matthew Rohrer

Matthew Rohrer, SHRM-CP, is an experienced organizational development and human resources professional with a strong background in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Organizational Development Manager and previously in multiple HR roles at Philadelphia Gas Works since 2008, Matthew has developed significant expertise in business partnership and HR strategies. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Sr. Human Resources Assistant at Amazon. Academically, Matthew earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, a Certificate in Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University, and a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Temple University.
