Sean McNeeley has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Sean started their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant, where they worked from December 1996 to June 2000. Sean then joined the City of Philadelphia as an Assistant Budget Director in July 2000 and later became the Director of Policy in the Mayor's Office from July 2004 to December 2007. In 2008, they became the Chief Financial Officer at the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, where they worked until July 2015. From August 2015 to January 2020, they served as the Practice Manager for the Center for Retirement Finance at The PFM Group. Following that, they briefly worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Associated Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired from January 2020 to April 2020. From April 2020 to August 2022, they held the role of Director of Bond Finance at the State of Delaware. Currently, they are the Director of Financial Planning at Philadelphia Gas Works.
Sean McNeeley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from The Ohio State University. Sean later pursued a Master's degree in Public Affairs (M.P.A.) at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.
