Thaear Masad has over a decade of experience in systems engineering, desktop support, and enterprise systems management. Thaear's expertise includes managing Windows and ESXi environments, SharePoint configuration, and providing desktop support for a large user base. Early career experiences include various internships at Philadelphia Gas Works, focusing on network administration, desktop support, and system configuration. Thaear earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Services from Pierce College.
