Jessica Noon

Jessica Noon, AICP, LEED AP, ENV SP, currently serves as the Sustainability Manager at Philadelphia International Airport, overseeing sustainability initiatives aimed at achieving Carbon Neutrality by 2050 and Zero Waste by 2035. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions including Supervisor of Green Infrastructure Partnerships at the Philadelphia Water Department, where management of a significant $4.5 billion stormwater program took place, and Environmental Policy Advisor for the Bronx Borough President’s Office. Jessica’s professional background also includes urban planning and sustainable community development within New Jersey and hands-on experience in education and environmental program management. Jessica holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Anthropology from New College of Florida.
