Chad Bahnsen

Chad Bahnsen is a seasoned mortgage professional currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Philadelphia Mortgage Company, Inc. since January 2022, focusing on residential purchases and refinances, as well as light commercial lending. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Philadelphia Mortgage Advisors and Residential Mortgage Services, where specialization encompassed various loan types such as conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and jumbo loans. Chad began a career in the mortgage industry at American Eagle Mortgage and has expanded expertise through positions at Sun Federal Credit Union and Mortgage Network, Inc., covering a wide range of mortgage products throughout the years. Chad earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and HR from The University of Toledo between 1996 and 2000.
