Jack Schlechter

Jack Schlechter is an accomplished exhibition designer with extensive experience in the art museum sector. Since June 1997, Jack has served as The Park Family Director of Exhibition Design at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Prior to this role, Jack held positions at the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh as Exhibitions Coordinator from 1990 to 1997, and at the Akron Art Museum as Head Preparator/Designer from 1987 to 1990. Jack began the career as a Preparator at the Allen Memorial Art Museum from 1986 to 1987. Jack holds a Master's degree in Fine and Studio Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine/Studio Arts, both from Kent State University.
