Wendy Sachs has extensive work experience in various roles. Wendy is the Founder and CEO of Philadelphia Nanny Network, a leading agency for nannies and babysitters. Wendy started the company in 1985 and it has since become a prominent provider of in-home child caregivers in the Philadelphia region and New York City. Wendy also serves as a Partner for One to One Childcare, a collaborative initiative of top nanny agencies that provides relief to essential workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, they are a Founding Member of Third Cohort Capital, LLC, a seed-stage investment group focused on supporting purpose-built founders in the technology sector.

Wendy Sachs has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Simmons University. Wendy also holds an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. In 2014, they participated in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Currently, they are enrolled in the EO Entrepreneur Masters Program at MIT, focusing on entrepreneurship. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT from Vanderbilt University in 2023 and National Women's Owned Business Enterprise Certification from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council in 2016.
