He has a proven track record of streamlining organizational efficiencies that have allowed the company to thrive in Florida. With the leadership of Dan, PSCO is self-performing sign maintenance work, construction, site surveys, inspections, and hurricane preparedness in Palmetto, FL with the newly established Florida operation. His success in managing the McDonald’s digital menu board replacement program demonstrated his drive to excel at project implementation and completion. Dan helped develop and support new strategic initiatives related to team development & leadership to push the business forward and make a name for Philadelphia Sign in Florida. He is passionate about elevating customer experiences and understanding internal and external customer needs.
