Vice President, Program Management, Jennifer Stoughton has over 20 years of experience navigating all of the steps of the program management process and plays an important role in Philadelphia Sign’s corporate operations. With an emphasis on building rapport, Jen’s collaborative focus results in seamless project coordination.

As Vice President of Program Management, Jen and the Directors of Project Management conduct weekly meetings with their teams to ensure each Project Manager and Project Team is able to manage the tasks and successfully move the project towards completion. Philadelphia Sign has a flat organizational structure where excess layers of management are removed and Senior Management stays involved. From program assessment through implementation, Jennifer’s steady direction in leading national sign programs guarantees clients peace of mind for every project.
