Jonathan Wolko possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Metal Fabricator at Philadelphia Sign Company since July 2021, Jonathan previously held various managerial positions, including Assistant Manager at BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group and Banquet Manager at Cafe Madison, where responsibilities included managing food and liquor costs, labor scheduling, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Jonathan also has significant experience in food and beverage management, having worked as a Front of the House Manager at Joe's Crab Shack and a Food and Beverage Manager at Harrahs Hotel and Casino. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Widener University.
