Eyad Arafat

Eyad Arafat, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eyad most recently served as the Group CFO for Philadelphia Solar LTD, starting in September 2016. Prior to that, they held various roles at Mitsubishi Motors, including Assistant General Manager from May 2005 to August 2016, and Financial Controller from December 2001 to April 2005. Eyad also worked as a Senior Auditor at Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority from January 2001 to November 2001, and at Arthur Andersen & Co. from November 1997 to January 2001. Earlier in their career, they were a Credit & Marketing Officer at Arab Bank from March 1996 to October 1997.

Eyad Arafat, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Eyad later pursued additional certifications, including becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in April 1999 through CPA.com. Eyad also obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in November 2005, followed by the Certified Financial Manager (CFM) certification from the same institution in November 2007.
