Victor holds multiple board positions, including roles at the Philadelphia Theatre Company, PLAYPENN INC, Philadelphia Film Society, Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, The Coretec Group, and Research Frontiers Incorporated. Additionally, Victor co-founded Bantam Pharmaceutical, focusing on oncology, and The Performance Garage, which supports emerging dance companies.
