As the Founder of The Bethany Mission Gallery since 2012, Victor has curated a prominent private collection of "outsider art" and vintage radios and toys in a historic Philadelphia venue. Victor holds multiple board positions, including roles at the Philadelphia Theatre Company, PLAYPENN INC, Philadelphia Film Society, Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, The Coretec Group, and Research Frontiers Incorporated. Additionally, Victor co-founded Bantam Pharmaceutical, focusing on oncology, and The Performance Garage, which supports emerging dance companies. Academic credentials include an LLB from Harvard Law School and a BA in Economics from Trinity College.
