Anthony Flores has a diverse work experience in the field of soccer coaching. Anthony currently works for Philadelphia Union as the Union II Assistant and Professional Development Coach. Prior to this, they held the position of U17 Academy First Assistant and Technical Director of Union Youth at the same company.

Before joining Philadelphia Union, Anthony worked as a Coach Educator for the U.S. Soccer Federation.

Anthony also has experience working with the New York Red Bulls as a Regional Development School Trainer.

Anthony then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Sports Psychology from Rutgers University, which they completed in 2009. In 2022, they obtained an Associate's degree in DFB FA from the German FA. Additionally, Flores has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including a UEFA B License from the DFB in 2022, a USSF A License in 2019, and various other coaching licenses from organizations such as the US Club Soccer, U.S. Soccer Federation, and the Scottish Football Association.
