Tanner Shimomoto

Tanner Shimomoto currently serves as the Manager of Academy & Union II Operations for Philadelphia Union since August 2021, overseeing daily operations for the Union Academy and managing various logistical aspects, including travel and communication for Academy activities. Previous experience includes roles as Academy Operations Coordinator at Chaminade University of Honolulu, where Tanner supported the men's soccer program and engaged in content creation, and as a Football Operations Intern with the University of Oregon Athletic Department, assisting in the daily tasks of the football operations team. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a Sports Business Minor from the University of Oregon, completed in December 2020, following attendance at Iolani School from 2004 to 2017.
