Jordan Burdge is a data specialist with a diverse background in research coordination and data management. Currently at the Philadelphia Youth Network since September 2021, Jordan has previous experience as a clinical research coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included coordinating federally-funded research activities and leading sample projects to maintain data quality. Jordan also served as an assessment office graduate assistant at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, managing a large student assessment database using various analytical tools. In addition, early career experience includes providing spiritual care as a chaplain at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Jordan holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Grove City College.

Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN) is a solutions-builder forging together significant players to alleviate a root cause of poverty by preparing 12-24-year-olds to become productive working adults. Their work is grounded in the understanding that young people need access to both education and employment, proven factors in being prepared for a career. With a track record of increasing impact, PYN funds and brokers action with the right partners to collectively address barriers. PYN constructs systems to create change, while innovating to meet evolving needs. Together with their partners, PYN dramatically changes the trajectory of individuals’ lives by giving voice to underserved youth, and ultimately creating a pipeline for an educated, engaged workforce.
