Justin Howell

Justin Howell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering roles. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Philantech3 since April 2023, Justin previously held the position of Principal Server and Storage Engineer/Solution Architect at Datec Inc., where responsibilities included assisting customers with solution decisions and project implementation. At Engage, Justin led multiple server-related projects and played a key role in multiple Meditech environment builds. Earlier experience includes consulting for NW Hose & Fittings and serving as a Field Engineer for Coinstar International, Inc., where regular maintenance of a high volume of machines was managed. Justin also has a background in test center management from Promissor, Inc., overseeing operations and staff management. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science and Associate of Applied Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
