Previously, Lalitha held a Consultant position with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, specifically supporting the Leadership for Better Health team, and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Advisor at the Stupski Foundation, overseeing key program areas and leading the foundation’s equity transformation. With a strong background in social impact consulting as a Managing Director at FSG and experience in technology and business strategy from positions at OpNet, SquareTrade, and McKinsey & Company, Lalitha's educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
